Functional Analyst

What you will do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Conduct functional analysis for new features, system changes, or integrations
• Support testing efforts by reviewing test plans, validating functionality, and ensuring business acceptance
• Identify gaps in existing systems and propose enhancements
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in user training
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure alignment with business processes

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or custom business systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Visio, Excel)
