Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services that enable scalable, reliable A/B testing infrastructure.
• Integrate with tools like Optimizely, data lakes, and internal backend systems to support end-to-end experimentation.
• Automate rollout of experiments and track results using tools such as Spark, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Build and operate services using Kotlin, Python, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Ensure high performance and observability of the experimentation pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, product teams, and DevOps to deliver a seamless experimentation platform.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of backend experience with Kotlin or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Jenkins, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with monitoring and metrics tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Strong understanding of A/B testing principles and experimentation frameworks.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
