Responsabilities:

• Lead, guide, and motivate a team of software engineers
• Oversee project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation
• Offer technical guidance, expertise, and conduct code reviews
• Contribute to the architectural decisions and design of software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Assist in addressing complex problem-solving and troubleshooting as necessary
• Continuously assess and improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members
• Uphold code quality, maintainability, and documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risk

You'lle be a great match if you have:

• Proven track record as a software engineer
• Strong technical proficiency in one or more programming languages and technologies relevant to the team's focus, such as .NET or equivalent, Microservices, and Sync and Async communication.
• Leadership and project management experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and inspire a team
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, architecture, and system scalability.
• Experience with version control systems and project management tools.
