Senior Data Operations Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily BI operations, ensuring system reliability and performance

• Handle service requests and incidents, including coordination with external vendors

• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and data workflows

• Execute deployment processes, including releases and migrations

• Perform system maintenance, configuration, and ongoing monitoring

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the BI landscape

• Provide daily updates on operational status and prioritize activities accordingly

• Support weekly deployments and participate in monthly operations reviews

• Ensure systems are audit-ready and compliant with internal standards

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in BI operations, IT support, or similar roles

• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and database technologies

• Knowledge of Data Lakehouse 

• Experience with Databricks and Power BI

• Familiarity with database systems and BI tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
