IAM Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement IAM solutions (on-premises and cloud).
• Integrate IAM tools with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
• Implement workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests.
• Define and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege models..
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of IAM implementations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of architectures, integrations, and processes.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to IT operations teams post-implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IAM implementations.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0).
• Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
