Responsibilities:

• Configure and support network equipment (switching, firewalls).
• Support video-conferencing tools and connectivity.
• Assist senior engineers in daily operations.
• Monitor and document network performance.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Proven experience in network support in corporate environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco wired, wireless, and video/voice solutions.
• Certification in at least one of the following: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Check Point (or a degree in a related field).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in collaborative environments with good communication skills.
