Financial Specialist

What you will do:

• Prepare and process payment runs, invoices, and reconciliations (bank, customer, supplier).
• Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts.
• Support internal reporting, planning, and forecasting.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve financial issues.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Experience across accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Solid Excel/financial systems knowledge.
• Fluency in Portuguese and good English skills.
