Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, maintain, and continuously improve the ITSM platform.
• Configure workflows, service catalogs, forms, automations, and integrations with other tools via APIs.
• Collaborate closely with Service Management teams and the Product Manager to translate functional requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Manage platform upgrades, ensuring stability, scalability, and proper configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform incidents while improving performance, reliability, and security.
• Ensure proper documentation of configurations, changes, and technical solutions to avoid technical debt.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI to support operations, decision-making, and service improvements.

Requirements

• Strong technical experience with ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Helix, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar).
• Experience with platform customization, scripting, and integrations using APIs.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and the ability to translate them into technical implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to anticipate and prevent platform issues.
• High level of autonomy, technical rigor, and attention to detail.
• Good documentation practices and structured approach to platform management.
• Interest in AI-driven capabilities and the ability to identify practical use cases to enhance ITSM operations.
