What you'll be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and services
- Design and manage governance processes, reporting, KPIs, and service reviews
- Collect and share client feedback for continuous improvement
- Oversee operational activity (ITSM tools, Grafana) and lead crisis management
- Identify service expansion opportunities through data and trend analysis
You'll be a great match if you have:
- Higher education (preferred)
- Certifications/training: ITIL, ISO 20000, Cisco CSM, PMP, Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Technical knowledge (high level) in networking, IT infrastructure, cloud, and applications
- Strong communication, autonomy, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset, with experience in KPIs, Power BI (or similar tools)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
