IT Functional Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and evolution of several IT applications and software solutions;
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
• Produce and maintain project documentation and technical specifications;
• Coordinate with clients, business teams, and developers throughout the project lifecycle;
• Execute and support testing activities, including test cases and validation phases;
• Ensure effective communication between functional and technical stakeholders;
• Contribute to process improvements and application optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Business Analysis, or similar roles;
• Experience working with software evolution and maintenance projects;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
