Backend Engineer - Product

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain backend services across the full SDLC
• Develop high-performance, distributed systems with strict latency requirements
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to architecture evolution toward microservices and cloud-native systems
• Support production systems and participate in on-call rotation
• Work in agile teams to deliver new features and platform improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years backend development experience (Java or similar)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong CS fundamentals and coding skills
• Experience with distributed systems (e.g., Kafka, Spark, RabbitMQ, Cassandra)
• Experience with scalable, concurrent server-side applications
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
