Microsoft Collaboration Engineer

What you'll be doing:

• Provide advanced support for Unified Communications and Collaboration platforms.
• Implement infrastructure changes and support Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.
• Resolve complex L3 incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute platform changes defined by L4 specialists while ensuring service continuity.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools.
• Support VoIP, SIP Trunking, audiovisual meeting room solutions, and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs, security, and regulatory requirements.

You'll be a great match if you have;

• 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications and Collaboration engineering or support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience using ServiceNow (Incidents, Changes, Requests, and CMDB).
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP Trunking, and Session Border Controllers (SBC).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and audiovisual solutions (Crestron, Poly, Logitech).
• Experience with Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments.
• Familiarity with collaboration reporting tools such as Power BI, Teams CQD, and Teams Insights.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (or equivalent).
• English proficiency
