Job Description

As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist at Jobbex, you'll be a key partner in identifying, attracting, and engaging top IT professionals from software engineers and data experts to cloud and infrastructure specialists. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating closely with our sales team to ensure the right match between talent and opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, events).
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with technical managers and client stakeholders.
  • Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT roles.
  • Stay up to date with tech market trends and emerging skill sets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT profiles and technologies (e.g., developers, data engineers, DevOps, cloud specialists).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
