Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning solutions with measurable business impact.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML models in production.
• Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and decision-making systems.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing) to evaluate performance and business outcomes.
• Monitor, optimize, and continuously improve data products and machine learning systems.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering.
• Strong programming, statistics, and analytical skills.
• Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of experimentation, hypothesis testing, and impact measurement.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
