Foreman Flange Mechanic

We are currently seeking skilled Foreman Flange Mechanics to join in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Flange Mechanics and overseeing the execution of flange assembly projects;
• Assembling and disassembling flanges according to specifications and safety standards;
• Inspecting flanges and gaskets for wear or damage;
• Performing quality checks to ensure that flanges are installed correctly;
• Coordinating work and assigning tasks to the team;
• Working with various tools and equipment to secure and adjust flanges;
• Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment;
• Reporting any issues or defects to supervisors;
• Collaborating with colleagues and other team members to successfully complete projects.

We ask for:

• Demonstrated experience as a Flange Mechanic in the industrial sector;
• Leadership qualities and experience in leading a team;
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary;
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch;
• Possession of a valid VCA certification or willingness to obtain one;
• Additional training and education in flange assembly is a plus.
