About the Role:

A leading oil & gas company in Thailand is looking for an experienced SAP Integration Lead to drive SAP implementation and integration projects. This role is ideal for Thai candidates with 7-10 years of SAP experience who excel in managing cross-functional teams and resolving integration challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP integration activities, working with SAP Functional and Legacy Teams.
• Oversee system integration planning across processes, functions, and systems.
• Manage and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless SAP functionality.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and impacts across SAP process areas.
• Report progress, challenges, and resolutions to project management.

Qualifications:

• Open to Thai candidates only
• 7-10 years of experience in SAP implementation and integration projects
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and business processes
• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes in industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, and finance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users
