Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and assess system requirements, optimizing business processes.
• Solution Design & Documentation: Develop and validate detailed functional specifications for SAP configurations and system interfaces.
• Full Lifecycle Implementation: Manage end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM solutions.
• Impact Assessment: Conduct strategic planning, analyze system impacts, and liaise with cross-functional technical teams.
• User Training & Documentation: Lead training sessions and create technical documentation to facilitate seamless user adoption.
• Post-Deployment Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while providing expert post-go-live assistance.
• Mentorship: Guide junior consultants to foster professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including payroll, time management, and organization structures.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Proficiency in system architecture, business processes, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

• 5+ years of SAP HCM consulting experience, including full-cycle implementation.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 550+ or equivalent).
