A leading organization is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Material Management Consultant to play a strategic role in SAP implementations, system integrations, and process improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM (Material Management), strong project leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to enhance system performance and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop Teams Build high-performing teams by mentoring and providing growth opportunities to team members.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal and external teams to align SAP MM solutions with business needs.
• SAP MM Expertise Provide functional and strategic insights into SAP MM and related systems, including integration with non-SAP platforms.
• Strategic Planning Conduct gap analysis, develop roadmaps for service improvement, and set clear objectives for continuous enhancement.
• Project Management Oversee SAP implementations, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and manage vendor relationships.
• Decision-Making & Innovation Recommend system optimizations by staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Service Delivery Excellence Drive performance improvements and ensure SAP solutions are aligned with customer expectations and business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems, with a proven track record of handling SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Implementation Expertise: At least 4 full life-cycle SAP projects as a Functional Lead, Project Lead, or SAP Technical Lead.
• Process Improvement: Experience leading business process optimization, system integration, and design workshops.
• Project Management: Ability to oversee end-to-end SAP implementations, manage multiple stakeholders, and work under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Strong English proficiency (TOEIC 600+ preferred) and excellent ability to engage with clients, particularly in enterprise-level environments.
• Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
