Business Development Manager | Enterprise Tech | THB 4-6M Package | ASEAN Region
We're working with a top-tier global tech company expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive enterprise sales and customer acquisition across the region, particularly in Thailand and ASEAN markets.
Your Mission:

Own and exceed your sales quota through customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Develop and execute territory plans targeting key accounts and lighthouse projects.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline.

Collaborate with internal Solution Architects, Product, and Marketing teams to develop winning customer solutions.

Co-sell with partners in your territory to optimize deal conversion.

Focus on demand generation initiatives within your named account list.
What You Bring:
10+ years of experience in Enterprise or Cloud technology sales, ideally within data infrastructure, platforms, or cloud-native solutions.

Strong network and proven track record selling into sectors like Fintech, Payments, E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, or Gaming in the ASEAN market.

Working knowledge of cloud computing or database technologies.

A results-driven mindset and familiarity with enterprise decision-making processes.

Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and sales.

Willingness to travel across ASEAN as needed.

Fluency in English is essential; Chinese or another ASEAN language is a plus.
Package & Perks:

Base salary range: THB 4-5 million

On-target earnings (OTE) up to THB 6 million

Compensation structure: 60% base / 40% commission
