Key Responsibilities
Develop & Optimize Formulations Design and execute experiments to create advanced surfactant formulations for specific applications.
Analyze & Interpret Data Conduct laboratory tests, evaluate product performance, and recommend improvements.
️Research & Development Lead research initiatives for disinfectant, biocide, and surfactant products, ensuring high efficacy and compliance.
Go-to-Market Strategy Contribute to new product development and assist in launching products to market.
Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with industry experts, stakeholders, and collaborators to drive innovation.
Market Research Conduct preliminary market analysis to understand product value chains and potential customers.
Present Findings Communicate complex scientific concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What Were Looking For
Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field focusing on surfactants and disinfectants.
Experience in product formulation for disinfectants, biocides, or surfactants.
Background in new product development, from research to market launch.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate innovative ideas.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written) for professional communication.
