About the Role:

A leading oil & gas company in Thailand is seeking an experienced Legacy Systems Lead to drive system migration and integration projects. This role is ideal for Thai candidates with 7-10 years of experience in legacy system architecture, data management, and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legacy Systems Assessment Analyze current system capabilities, limitations, and dependencies with other business processes.
• Migration Strategy Development Define the roadmap for legacy system decommissioning or integration with modern technologies.
• System Integration & Compatibility Ensure seamless integration of legacy systems with new platforms.
• Data Migration & Management Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Technical Leadership & Support Provide guidance on legacy system modernization and best practices.
• Project Management Lead system migration projects and ensure smooth execution.
• Change Management Manage system transitions and support user adoption.
• Post-Migration Support Provide ongoing technical assistance after migration.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in IT, focusing on legacy systems, system migrations, and integration projects
• Strong knowledge of legacy system architectures, data management, and integration technologies
