Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and proposal of R&D projects in alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in high-value product development within the advanced materials or specialty chemicals sector (preferred).
• Proven experience in product development processes and transitioning concepts to commercialization.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and implement them effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the flexibility to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
