Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in high-value product development within the advanced materials or specialty chemicals sector (preferred).
- Proven experience in product development processes and transitioning concepts to commercialization.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas and implement them effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the flexibility to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
