Lead Fullstack Software Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. This role is focused on leading technical initiatives and projects rather than direct people management. The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer who thrives in designing and building complex applications, particularly in single-page applications (SPA) or back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects and initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Design and implement robust and scalable software applications across the stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
• Optimize application performance for fast and efficient user experiences.
• Address and refactor legacy code, modernizing existing implementations.
• Drive improvements in coding practices, standards, and team efficiency.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for seamless integration.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What Were Looking For

Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in web application development
• Expertise in client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience working on SPA or back-office systems in mid/large-scale projects.
• Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Familiarity with database management systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Experience in optimizing web application performance.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
