Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Line Official Account channel, sending information and marketing support materials to dealer customers.
  • Coordinate with the company's marketing and graphic design teams to procure the marketing materials required by customers.
  • Plan and review marketing materials to consistently update information for customers.
  • Present promotions during special campaigns to customers.
  • Follow up, communicate with, and support customers to build relationships and create a positive service experience in providing information.
  • Gather information, analyze, and explore new opportunities for marketing strategies.
  • Summarize weekly reports for the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication Arts, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in managing brand social media, including responding to chats and providing customer service.
  • Possesses good communication skills, enjoys service work, and can effectively solve immediate problems.
  • Excellent Thai language communication skills (speaking, reading, writing), with meticulous attention to spelling.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly responsible for assigned tasks and driven by results.
  • Good teamwork skills, willing to express opinions, communicate new ideas, and report issues to the team.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for hardware stores selling construction and renovation materials will be considered a plus.
