About the job Customer Marketing Support
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Line Official Account channel, sending information and marketing support materials to dealer customers.
- Coordinate with the company's marketing and graphic design teams to procure the marketing materials required by customers.
- Plan and review marketing materials to consistently update information for customers.
- Present promotions during special campaigns to customers.
- Follow up, communicate with, and support customers to build relationships and create a positive service experience in providing information.
- Gather information, analyze, and explore new opportunities for marketing strategies.
- Summarize weekly reports for the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication Arts, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in managing brand social media, including responding to chats and providing customer service.
- Possesses good communication skills, enjoys service work, and can effectively solve immediate problems.
- Excellent Thai language communication skills (speaking, reading, writing), with meticulous attention to spelling.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly responsible for assigned tasks and driven by results.
- Good teamwork skills, willing to express opinions, communicate new ideas, and report issues to the team.
- Experience managing social media accounts for hardware stores selling construction and renovation materials will be considered a plus.
