About the job HR Specialist (Chinese Speaking)
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Develop and implement HR programs for workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, recommending improvements for efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and hiring.
- Handle employee documentation, conduct orientations, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Analyze and review compensation and benefits data, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage payroll processes.
- Plan and implement training programs based on company and employee needs.
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance with Thai employment laws.
- Liaise with Head Office HR on various functions and maintain local HR files.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Political Science, or a related field.
- A minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Familiar with IT industry is a plus.
