About the job HR Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, training, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Develop and implement HR programs for workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, recommending improvements for efficiency.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and hiring.
  • Handle employee documentation, conduct orientations, and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Analyze and review compensation and benefits data, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage payroll processes.
  • Plan and implement training programs based on company and employee needs.
  • Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance with Thai employment laws.
  • Liaise with Head Office HR on various functions and maintain local HR files.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Political Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum 3 years of HR experience.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiar with IT industry is a plus.
