Finance and Accounting Manager (CPD) / Start-up Tech company

Client Information:
Our client is a fast growing Technology company in Thailand. They are looking for Finance and Accounting Manager to be responsible for the following details.

Job Description:

• Manage all financial and accounting tasks within the company which including financial reporting, Board of Directors meetings, management analysis, and planning
• Budget planning, company performance forecasting, and managing cash flow
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing and transactions
• Evaluate new business proposals and contribute to business development strategies and projects
• Lead fund raising and valuation efforts, providing guidance and recommendations
• Generate financial reports as requested by top management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Proactively recommend strategies to enhance operational cost effectiveness and competitiveness through revenue and cost analysis
• Establish strong corporate governance for accurate reporting and audit compliance by external, tax, and internal auditors

Qualifications:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5-10 years of experience in the accounting and financial field
• CPD or CPA license holder
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, cost control, cash management, and reporting
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with can-do attitude
  
• Good command in English both written and spoken
