Planning Staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop production plans, determine production capacity, and allocate manpower and machinery to meet these plans.
• Create a demand plan for raw materials and various parts needed for production.
• Track production outcomes to ensure alignment with the production plan.
• Monitor daily production results, assess production line efficiency, and address disruptions promptly.
• Compile actual production data and compare it with the set standards.
• Prepare and verify raw materials to ensure they align with the production plan.

Qualifications:

• Experience in related fields is required.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel (including Pivot), and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with coworkers.
