Sales Performance Monitor 

  • Provide customer feedback on items, especially recently launched products 
  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories

Client Management 

  • Improve customer relationships, cultivate the customer base, and use the right CRM tools
  • Manage the quality of customer service to satisfy customer expectations by interacting with customers in a professional and personalized manner.

Store Operations 

  • Perform store duties as delegated by team leaders and management 
  • Be able to correctly use the Retail Pro Management system in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock enquiry, and customer database input

Store Administration

  • Ensure inventory correctness by receiving, displaying, and storing goods in accordance with corporate policies (if shop without a backroom stock assistance) Maintenance of Stores
  • Maintaining proper visual merchandising in accordance with corporate policies. Maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
