Responsibilities
- Set objectives for market analysis and conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Create and execute marketing strategies based on research insights to meet business objectives.
- Evaluate past budget performance and prepare a preliminary budget plan.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze marketing goals and consolidate input for a comprehensive budget proposal.
- Finalize, approve, and distribute the marketing budget to relevant departments, ensuring updates are made as necessary.
- Align and coordinate with other departments to implement approved marketing strategies.
- Track the performance of marketing strategies and adjust based on market feedback and key performance metrics.
- Design marketing campaign concepts aligned with business and sales goals, while managing budgets and resources.
- Execute, monitor, and refine campaigns based on performance insights.
- Develop and refine brand strategy and positioning to align with business and marketing objectives.
- Implement branding initiatives across all channels and assess campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation and execution of content and social media strategies to boost engagement and meet marketing goals.
- Analyze SEO performance and optimize strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
- Plan and execute SEM campaigns, continuously monitoring and adjusting to maximize results.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in marketing communication, with expertise in content strategy, brand messaging, and public relations.
- Proven leadership experience managing a communications team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
