Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to analyze marketing goals and consolidate input for a comprehensive budget proposal.
  • Finalize, approve, and distribute the marketing budget to relevant departments, ensuring updates are made as necessary.
  • Align and coordinate with other departments to implement approved marketing strategies.
  • Track the performance of marketing strategies and adjust based on market feedback and key performance metrics.
  • Design marketing campaign concepts aligned with business and sales goals, while managing budgets and resources.
  • Execute, monitor, and refine campaigns based on performance insights.
  • Develop and refine brand strategy and positioning to align with business and marketing objectives.
  • Implement branding initiatives across all channels and assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of content and social media strategies to boost engagement and meet marketing goals.
  • Analyze SEO performance and optimize strategies to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute SEM campaigns, continuously monitoring and adjusting to maximize results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in marketing communication, with expertise in content strategy, brand messaging, and public relations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a communications team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
