Responsibility

- Acting as an executer of CRM campaign to ensure that all initiatives are within budget
- Create and analyse pet owner activities
- Take response for new recruitment program
- Lead role evaluating new CRM technologies and developing plans for their implementation
- Utilize a range of communication tools to target and interact with customer base
- Create corporate CSR

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree or higher in business, Marketing, or other related fields.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing or CRM.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving.
  • Experience and good skill in analytical thinking and excel
  • Energic and able to mutitask
  • Creative and Positive thinking with a can-do attitude.
  • Good command in English and Thai.
