About the job Customer Relationship Management Executive
Responsibility
- Acting as an executer of CRM campaign to ensure that all initiatives are within budget
- Create and analyse pet owner activities
- Take response for new recruitment program
- Lead role evaluating new CRM technologies and developing plans for their implementation
- Utilize a range of communication tools to target and interact with customer base
- Create corporate CSR
Qualification
- Bachelors degree or higher in business, Marketing, or other related fields.
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing or CRM.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving.
- Experience and good skill in analytical thinking and excel
- Energic and able to mutitask
- Creative and Positive thinking with a can-do attitude.
- Good command in English and Thai.
