Our partner is authorized dealer Gadgets and Lift Style Products is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead and drive the sales strategy and execution for our range of mobile gadgets and lifestyle products. Reporting directly to Managing Director, the Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets, expand market share, and build strong, lasting relationships with key partners and customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in sales leadership within the consumer electronics or related industries, coupled with strong commercial acumen and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives for mobile gadgets and lifestyle products.
    • Identify and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team and channels.
    • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Sales Team Leadership and Management:
    • Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, including direct reports and potentially channel partners.
    • Set clear expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture focused on achieving results and exceeding targets.
    • Identify training and development needs within the sales team and implement appropriate programs.
  • Channel Management and Development:
    • Develop and manage relationships with key distribution partners, retailers (online and offline), and other sales channels.
    • Identify and evaluate potential new channel partners to expand market reach.
    • Negotiate and manage channel agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Develop and implement channel-specific sales programs and initiatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic customers and accounts.
    • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and tools.
  • Sales Operations and Reporting:
    • Establish and maintain efficient sales processes and workflows.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's mobile gadgets and lifestyle product portfolio, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
    • Provide valuable market feedback to product development teams to inform future product strategies.
    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
