Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role in a dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives.
- Understanding of organizational development and change management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
