Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of boutique operations including but not limited to inventory control & stock allocation for selected brands; expense control & loss control; sales maximization; manpower management & planning & visual merchandising
- Ensure strict adherence to all security SOPs
- Optimize sales performance and stores profitability
- Achieve boutiques sales target and drive the team to achieve individual sales targets
- Act as a bridge between Management and team members, ensuring all information are relayed in an accurate & timely manner
- Attend bi-monthly sales meeting with internal stakeholders
- Coordination with Brand agents and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of customer-oriented, highly motivated and dynamic employees
- Work closely with Management team on recruitment and identify potential candidates/employees for future career development
- Analyze sales reports and come out with action plans for improvement
- Conduct regular performance check-ins with team
- Proactively contribute suggestions for in-store activations and sales strategies to drive traffic and sales to the boutique
- Increase owns market awareness and provide feedback to Management; be kept up to date with the recent market trends within the luxury industry
- Ensure the team is well-versed with the Companys systems (e.g. Business Central, CRM, after-sales)
- Coach and mentor employees to improve product and sales knowledge
- Ensure in-store training on product & brand knowledge are conducted in a timely manner
- Facilitate the sharing of knowledge after each Brand training within the stipulated timeframe
- Manage CRM system and ensure as much information are collected from clients
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of managerial experience in the luxury retail industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Have client list or experience to serve - build - engage clients is advantage
- Excellent leadership & team management skills
- Confident, articulate and possesses excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Proficient in Thai and English
- Sales-driven and self-motivated
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
