Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all aspects of boutique operations including but not limited to inventory control & stock allocation for selected brands; expense control & loss control; sales maximization; manpower management & planning & visual merchandising
  • Ensure strict adherence to all security SOPs
  • Optimize sales performance and stores profitability
  • Achieve boutiques sales target and drive the team to achieve individual sales targets
  • Act as a bridge between Management and team members, ensuring all information are relayed in an accurate & timely manner
  • Attend bi-monthly sales meeting with internal stakeholders
  • Coordination with Brand agents and internal/external stakeholders
  • Lead and develop a team of customer-oriented, highly motivated and dynamic employees
  • Work closely with Management team on recruitment and identify potential candidates/employees for future career development
  • Analyze sales reports and come out with action plans for improvement
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins with team
  • Proactively contribute suggestions for in-store activations and sales strategies to drive traffic and sales to the boutique
  • Increase owns market awareness and provide feedback to Management; be kept up to date with the recent market trends within the luxury industry
  • Ensure the team is well-versed with the Companys systems (e.g. Business Central, CRM, after-sales)
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve product and sales knowledge
  • Ensure in-store training on product & brand knowledge are conducted in a timely manner
  • Facilitate the sharing of knowledge after each Brand training within the stipulated timeframe
  • Manage CRM system and ensure as much information are collected from clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of managerial experience in the luxury retail industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Have client list or experience to serve - build - engage clients is advantage
  • Excellent leadership & team management skills
  • Confident, articulate and possesses excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
  • Proficient in Thai and English
  • Sales-driven and self-motivated
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
