Job Summary:
The Modern Trade Channel Supervisor oversees the execution of sales and promotional activities specifically within the modern trade channel. This role is pivotal in supporting daily operations, analyzing sales data, implementing promotions, and nurturing relationships with key customers. The Supervisor collaborates closely with the Assistant Manager and Key Account Manager to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing sales and promotional strategies within the modern trade channel.
- Monitor sales data and promotional progress, making necessary adjustments as required.
- Maintain regular communication with key customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Support in-store promotions and new product launches.
- Coordinate necessary materials and resources for sales and promotional activities.
- Gather market insights and competitor information, providing updates to the team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Assistant Manager and Key Account Manager.
- Provide basic training and support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or promotion within the FMCG industry.
- Basic analytical and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, dedicated to team support.
- Basic proficiency in English (both spoken and written) and computer literacy.
