Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of credit analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Set clear goals and expectations, ensuring your team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) in processing volume, quality score, and coverage.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize team workload and ensure consistent service delivery.
    • Coach and mentor team members, providing ongoing training and development opportunities.
    • Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Credit Analysis:
    • Analyze credit applications using a combination of financial data and KYC checks to assess creditworthiness.
    • Make final decisions on credit approvals, leveraging your expertise to manage risk effectively.
    • Utilize your experience to provide valuable insights into related areas of business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst or KYC Team Leader in the financial industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Proficient in credit analysis methodologies and financial statement analysis.
  • Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures a plus.
