  • Instill a culture of compliance and uphold company values across all levels of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related Science field.
  • At least 6-8 years of successful sales experience in the hospital channel, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales management role.
  • Open to travel nationwide.
  • Demonstrates energy, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibits robust leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on results and service orientation.
  • Possesses proficiency in both English and Thai.
