- Lead the sales team and ensure the attainment of team targets while developing designated territories.
- Offer coaching and on-the-job training to Medical Representatives to adeptly handle objections and enhance selling abilities for individual and team achievements.
- Guide the team in effectively executing company marketing strategies and tools to meet business objectives.
- Ensure sales activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers through scientific leadership and top-tier services.
- Instill a culture of compliance and uphold company values across all levels of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related Science field.
- At least 6-8 years of successful sales experience in the hospital channel, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales management role.
- Open to travel nationwide.
- Demonstrates energy, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits robust leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with a focus on results and service orientation.
- Possesses proficiency in both English and Thai.
