  • Create and outline product strategy and budget plans based on customer insights, market trends, and company guidelines to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and execute brand plans aligned with business objectives, encompassing brand communications, promotions, pricing strategies, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for category and business growth, such as product and packaging enhancements.
  • Execute marketing initiatives within approved budgets, measuring return on investment.
  • Foster strong partnerships internally and externally with key stakeholders and customers, including regular engagement with opinion leaders and prescribers.
  • Proactively manage product specifications for hospital tenders, collaborating with regulatory affairs and addressing issues beforehand.
  • Cultivate high-performing sales teams with strong product knowledge to achieve targets consistently.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at improving company performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in product management or marketing roles, with a track record of success in hospital and commercial settings.
  • Proficiency in marketing (brand management) and/or sales, with innovative and strategic thinking abilities. Basic knowledge of finance, research, and media tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, handle pressure, and accept feedback constructively.
  • Demonstrated leadership, results-driven mindset, and effective communication skills in English.
