About the job Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that broadens the company's clientele and increases its global presence.
Constantly improve hiring, training, and team leadership skills, and make sure team members are employing efficient sales techniques to hit revenue targets.
Produce leads and cultivate relationships with clients
Establish enduring connections with prospective customers by attending to their requirements.
Determine the team's knowledge gaps and create plans to close them.
Establish goals and track progress with the sales staff every day to make sure the company meets its targets.
Oversee the year-end and month-end close sales procedures.
Meet business objectives through careful planning, goal-setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate setting handling sales
Own vehicle and driver's license
Regularly visit customers
Capable of working diligently and intelligently under duress
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
Outstanding capacity for leadership
An advantage will be having knowledge of music instruments and music school operations.
Outstanding communication skills in English
