Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership through clear and consistent communication, taking full accountability for achieving national sales objectives.
Drive productivity and sales effectiveness by managing both internal and external teams in the execution of sales, marketing, and promotional strategies.
Oversee and manage sales forecasts, budgets, volumes, revenues, and costs to identify areas for improvement, and adjust processes or resources as needed to optimize sales performance.
Enhance profitability by setting both short-term and long-term sales targets, along with channel strategies to align with company goals.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and overall performance.
Conduct sales and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities, as well as areas needing improvement, and recommend corrective marketing strategies.
As a department leader, contribute to the company's decision-making process and ensure the achievement of operational profit goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of general insurance products.
Strong expertise in business development, sales and marketing, and customer experience management.
