- Enhance HR policies and practices by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee-related strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement strategies aligned with business needs, and report key metrics to management.
- Develop and enforce people management policies to foster a positive, performance-driven company culture.
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training initiatives.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure legal compliance and market competitiveness.
- Analyze and report key HR metrics to provide insights into HR activities.
- Promote a positive corporate culture by organizing events to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Monitor HR trends and advise on internal improvements.
- Collaborate with Group HR colleagues to share best practices.
- Support additional HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with experience in HR strategy, change management, and operations.
- Proven experience in HR strategy implementation and transformation.
- Experience in factory HR operations in Food, Healthcare or related business.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent in English.
