  • Monitor HR trends and advise on internal improvements.
  • Collaborate with Group HR colleagues to share best practices.
  • Support additional HR projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in HR strategy, change management, and operations.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy implementation and transformation.
  • Experience in factory HR operations in Food, Healthcare or related business.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluent in English.
