Job Description:

  • Keying all accounting and financial transactions into the company's accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to recording sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
  • Verifying the accuracy of invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and documents.
  • Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary financial information and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
