1. Strategic Planning: Create thorough PR plans that are in line with the objectives of the business, making sure that all communication channels are used consistently and effectively.
Managing queries from the media, submitting stories to them, creating media kits, setting up press conferences.
Plan speeches and press releases for executives inside the organization,
Provide innovative marketing and advertising collateral.
2. Relationship Management: To improve the organization's exposure and reputation, cultivate and nurture strong relationships with influential people, essential media contacts, and stakeholders.
Local newspapers and international media outlets;
KOLs
CSR groups
cryptocurrency and blockchain communities
GA team's cooperation with the government
3. Crisis Management Expertise: Take the lead in crisis communication initiatives by coming up with proactive plans, handling delicate circumstances, and defending the company's image in trying times.
4. In charge of the community, PR writers, production team, and direct connections with the co-founder and CMO.
5. Data Analytics and Reporting: Make use of analytics tools to analyze results, evaluate the effect of PR initiatives, and create performance reports that offer insights for next improvements.
6. Technology Integration: Keep up with new PR tools and technology and make efficient use of them to improve outreach and expedite communication activities.
7. Leadership and Mentoring: Assist PR teams in developing professionally and making sure their efforts are in line with overall PR strategies by offering advice and mentoring.
