Job responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing sales team (nationwide) to achieve monthly/yearly sales target.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for Modern Trade channel (10%) and General Trade channel (90%), dealers and distributors included.
  • Responsible for PSI (purchase, sales, and inventory management).
  • Maintain relationship with distributors, dealer, and customers.
  • Support Key Account and Partners sales activities.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years experience in consumer product, especially Lighting product.
  • Min. 5 years experience in leading sales team nationwide.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Good command in Thai and English.
