We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our Corporate Strategy team at the management level. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing the company's long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis, identifying market opportunities and threats, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior management to develop and execute the company's strategic vision and mission.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis, focusing on industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer insights.
• Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, including new market entries, product diversification, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and frameworks to track progress towards strategic goals.
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
• Translate complex strategic concepts into clear and concise communication for diverse audiences.
• Regularly present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, providing clear and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
