During 1Q Y2025 we're expanding our new office at Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Lead to lead our recruitment division. As the Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the divisions' operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment services to our clients. This pivotal role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the achievement of division goals.
- Mentor and develop team members, encouraging their professional growth and maximizing their potential.
- Effectively manage resources, workload distribution, and performance evaluation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Business Development and Growth:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the divisions client base, increase revenue, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish key partnerships, and build relationships with clients to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, leveraging this knowledge to develop innovative strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships.
- Understand client requirements, industry challenges, and talent needs, providing strategic guidance and solutions to meet their recruitment goals.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to strengthen relationships, address concerns, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and industry demands.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, compliance with legal and ethical standards, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze division performance metrics, such as revenue, client satisfaction, and team KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing division performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation to drive productivity.
