QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Inspect workpieces tested by PE and accurately record the data.
• Establish and maintain production standards across all processes to ensure workpieces meet quality requirements, including tasks such as creating Sample Data Sheets, Work Instructions (WI), Master Parts, and Limit Samples.
• Adhere to TS/ISO systems standards and comply with company regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Basic knowledge of injection molding, plating, painting, and assembly processes, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use inspection tools such as Vernier calipers, level gauges, and taper gauges.
• Familiarity with IATF and ISO quality systems.
