Dealer Network Development

2 HC (-Section Manager 1 / Senior or Supervisor 1)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the planning and implementation of dealer renovation and construction projects in collaboration with the dealer network strategy team.
• Work closely with global headquarters and relevant suppliers to finalize material lists for dealer renovation and construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any arising issues, and assist the new dealer tasks management team.
• Support the setup and establishment of new dealers.
• Facilitate coordination with various departments to streamline the dealer onboarding process.
• Provide necessary guidance to new dealers to ensure a seamless integration into the dealer network.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Engineering or Architecture is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, project control, or a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Valid drivers license and driving skills.
• Willingness to work in locations outside Bangkok (both in Bangkok and upcountry).
• Coordination skills, especially in dealing with dealers and outsourcing (considered an advantage).
