Success metrics: Plan and strategy to expand firm volume and distribution using appropriate channels and tools, such as channel strategy, execution, and activation.
The job's objective is to create and carry out a commercial, regional trade marketing strategy for the On Trade Channel (where to play, how to win, and what to do), along with an execution plan and a continuous improvement cycle.
Reponsibilities:
- Market intelligence: Use a methodical methodology to gather and update consumer, shopper, and customer information on a regular basis for all activations and priority channels that have been identified.
- Plan, carry out, and monitor channel activations, providing a picture of success based on promotional and long-term deliverables.
- Channel Execution: To guarantee that the month's execution goes without a hitch, draft the activity brief, POSM, timeline, operation manual, and contract.
- Cycle of Continuous Improvement: Integrate the methodology of continuous improvement to guarantee that the business strategies are carried out to the highest standard in the marketplace.
- Data Driven Sales: To make successful and efficient sales decisions, apply data driven sales methodology.
- Broad cross-functional cooperation: This includes working closely with finance, sales, and brand marketing, among other relevant departments.
Quailifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or a similar discipline.
At least one or two years of experience in field sales, brand marketing, or trade channel marketing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT)
- Excellent understanding of shoppers and consumers
- Written and spoken English proficiency would be advantageous
-Capable of moving and working up-country, at least seven days each month (visiting markets)
