About the job Chief People Officer

A Thai public listed company in the retail and manufacturing business. The client's main products are Skincare, Beauty and Health.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the client's HR department and partner with management team to define organisational structure, formulate company culture, set objectives and manage workloads and results to achieve goals while adopting best practices and achieving continuous improvement
  • Develop and support HR initiatives and new business needs with effective people strategy for the client and its six subsidiary companies
  • Provide leadership and guidance on all HR and Administration activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, company administration, employee relations and talent development
  • Identify training needs and organise training as well as talent development programs
  • Develop a resource plan to ensure talent/staffing levels meet operational requirements

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • Strong background in HRM&HRD practices and principles, and has held leadership roles or executive management level
  • A minimum of 10 year's experience in human resources, preferably from a public listed company
  • Proven experience in people strategy as well as training and development
  • Good knowledge of Thai employment legislation, rules and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
