Unit Link Investment Operation Leader

• Act as a team leader to ensure that daily tasks related to unit link investments are completed accurately and delivered to relevant parties on time, in compliance with OIC and SEC regulations.
• Monitor and manage investment reports related to unit link submissions to internal and external parties, ensuring their accuracy and timely submission.
• Propose projects or solutions to improve work processes and increase efficiency and control.
• Provide support and guidance to the team to solve problems and find appropriate solutions.
• Coach 2 team members to understand the overall operational processes, and create a positive and efficient working environment.
• Provide report, recommendation and direct assistance to CFO
  

Requirements:

• Thai native speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accountancy or Economics field
• 5 years of experience in Life Insurance industry including Unit Link Investment Operation
• Strong knowledge in Unit link product or fund products is highly preferable
• Single license holder is added advantage
• Work well under pressure with tight deadline
• Business level in English both written and spoken
